Automate the journey of every medical specimen, clinic to lab.
RouteLogs orchestrates the entire chain — pickup scheduling, optimized courier routes, transfer-hub consolidation, and real-time visibility — so labs and logistics teams keep full control from collection to processing.
The problem
Coordinating sample collection by hand is fragile, slow, and invisible.
Spreadsheets, phone calls, and paper manifests can't keep up with dozens of clinics, multiple couriers, and time-sensitive samples. When something slips, nobody finds out until it's too late.
Routes planned by guessworkCouriers double back, miss pickups, and burn hours that the schedule can't absorb.
No visibility for the clientLabs and clinics can't see what was collected, what wasn't, or where a sample is right now.
Sample integrity left to chanceCooling and temperature go unmonitored, putting specimen quality — and compliance — at risk.
Route planning that used to take a dispatcher all morning is generated automatically.
Every checkpoint, pickup, and exception — tracked and shared in real time across the chain.
The solution
One platform that runs specimen logistics end to end — scheduling, routing, hubs, and transparency in a single system of record.
Plan
Schedule pickups with each clinic and let RouteLogs build the optimal collection route automatically.
Move
Couriers follow optimized routes; transfer hubs consolidate samples from multiple runs and forward them on.
See
Clients log into their own dashboard for real-time checkpoint status, exceptions, and cold-chain conditions.
How it works
From clinic to lab in four coordinated steps
Follow a sample through the chain. Select a step to trace it on the live route map.
Clinics across the territory ready samples for pickup on an agreed schedule.
Key capabilities
Everything the chain needs, in one platform
Route building & optimization
Generate the most efficient courier routes automatically, balancing schedules, distance, and pickup windows.
Pickup scheduling
Coordinate collection times with every clinic so couriers arrive exactly when samples are ready.
Transfer hub management
Consolidate samples from multiple couriers and dispatchers at hubs, then forward them onward without losing track.
Client portal & live status
Customers log into their own dashboard to see what was picked up, what wasn't, and where problems occurred — in real time.
Transparency & control
A single source of truth across the whole chain — from collection at the clinic to arrival at the lab.
Cold-chain monitoring
Track cooling-container availability and temperature along the route, with sensor integration on the roadmap.
Sample integrity
Protect specimen quality across the entire cold chain.
A sample is only as good as the conditions it travels in. RouteLogs treats preservation as a first-class part of logistics — not an afterthought.
Cooling-container availability
Know which routes and runs have the cooling capacity each sample type requires, before dispatch.
Temperature control along the route
Record and monitor preservation conditions at each leg of the journey from clinic to lab.
Temperature-sensor integrationOn the roadmap
Direct sensor feeds will stream live readings into RouteLogs for automatic, continuous cold-chain assurance.

Client portal
Your clients see exactly what's happening — without calling you.
Every customer gets a secure dashboard showing the real-time status of their checkpoints: what was picked up, what wasn't, and precisely where a problem occurred.
Live state for every pickup point, updated as couriers move through the route.
Delays and missed pickups surface immediately, with the where and why attached.
One trusted view from collection to lab — for the lab, the logistics team, and the clinic alike.
Courier app
A native app built for the courier in the field.
RouteLogs isn't only a dispatcher screen. The courier app — developed natively for this system, not bolted on — puts the live route in the driver's pocket and captures every handover at the point of pickup.
The optimized route, in order
Couriers follow the exact sequence RouteLogs builds — every stop, in the most efficient order, turn by turn.
Scan & confirm at every stop
Log pickups, confirm counts, and capture chain-of-custody right at the clinic — no paper manifest required.
Synced the moment it happens
Each completed stop updates dispatchers and the client portal in real time, so the whole chain stays current.

ROI calculator
See how many hours RouteLogs gives back.
Automated route building and continuous route-quality tracking replace the hours dispatchers spend planning and re-planning by hand. Move the sliders to estimate what that's worth for your team.
Estimate only. Assumes RouteLogs automates roughly 75% of the time spent on manual route planning and coordination. Actual results vary by territory, volume, and how your team works today — we'll model your real numbers in a demo.

FAQ
Questions, answered
How long does it take to get up and running?
It depends on your size and volume. A single territory with one or two routes can be live in a matter of days. Larger operations — multiple hubs, dispatchers, and many clients — are introduced in phases over a few weeks. We map setup to your volume and migrate your existing schedule together with you.
Do we have to replace our couriers or vehicles?
No. RouteLogs runs your existing couriers and routes — it plans and tracks the work, it doesn't replace your fleet. Your drivers simply pick up the native courier app and follow the optimized route.
Is there a mobile app for couriers?
Yes — a native app built specifically for RouteLogs. It guides each pickup in order, captures chain-of-custody at every stop, and syncs status back to dispatchers and the client portal in real time.
How is our data protected?
RouteLogs is GDPR-aligned, hosted on AWS, and encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access and full audit logging. See the security section for the full picture.
What about cold-chain and temperature-sensitive samples?
RouteLogs is cold-chain aware today: it tracks cooling-container availability and records temperature conditions along the route. Direct temperature-sensor integration for continuous, automatic monitoring is on the roadmap.
Can our clients see their own samples?
Yes. Every customer gets a secure portal showing real-time checkpoint status — what was picked up, what wasn't, and where any problem occurred — plus instant exception alerts.
How much does it cost?
We're finalizing public pricing. While we're pre-launch, founding partners get a locked-in founding rate, and plans scale with your routes, couriers, and clients. Request a demo and we'll put a number to your operation.
We run on spreadsheets and phone calls today — is switching hard?
We onboard with you. We import your clinics and current schedule, run alongside your existing process, and switch over only once your team is confident. No big-bang cutover.
